This first rose is for happiness
That we enjoy so much of.
The second rose is for you and our baby we love.
The next rose is for what you gave to me.
It might not seem alot
But it does you see.
Because if it wasn't for you
I could not bare to breathe.
You gave me love, trust, and responsibilities
That no other woman could ever have gave to me.
The fourth rose is for the past.
Let's not speak of it unless we ask.
Because the past is the past and that is that.
The fifth rose is for the future of our family;
May we love each other and be very happy.
This final rose I give to you
Is asking nothing but to love me too.
If not this, then time will tell
For now you see that I'm here to help
through the pain and anger that you feel
not only toward me but others as well.
I could give you the sun and the moon
But this would not help
Because your true emotions lie inside yourself.
